Extra Third Bed, daily per person:
Adults on the extra 3rd bed: 30% off
Infants 0/4 years old: Free in low and medium season -
EUR 20,00 in high season
Children 4/11 years old: EUR 20,00 in low season - EUR 40.00
in medium season – EUR 45.00 in high season
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
For 1 overnight stay credit card details are requested (expiring date
included) as warranty for the reservation;
For 2 overnight stays or more it is requested a bank transfer equal to 20% of the total amount of the stay as
confirming advance
Cancellation
- within 14 days before arrival: no penalty
- from 7 to 14 days before arrival: penalty charge of
50% on the total amount of the stay
- less than 7 days before arrival: penalty charge of
100% on the total amount of the stay
We wish to inform that the refund of the deposit given
for the reservation will be subject to a fixed cost of
Euro 30 in case of cancellations made under the above
conditions
No Show:
It will be charged the whole amount of the stay (during
low season it will be charged only the first overnight)
Earlier Departure:
Low Season: penalty of 30% calculated on the residual stay
Medium Season: penalty of 50% calculated on the residual stay
High Season: penalty of 70% calculated on the residual stay
Check-in 3.00 PM – Check-out 11.00 AM (unless otherwise agreed upon reception)
All the extra services (transfer, spa, visits, etc..) if not canceled within 24 hour notice will be full debited
