The Apulian culinary traditional recipes are pretty revised by our chef and they will delight your holiday in Puglia.

Our menus are always set on a season product bases, in order to have always fresh products while tasting our famous wines will be a charmful experience: we can propose our traditional apulian recipes and above all, a wide range of fresh fish courses

We can dispose of two dining rooms:

● the fancy inner air conditioned dining room

● the dressy external wooden room, located on the higher point of our Resort and overlooking the landscape
