Cancellation within 8 days before the arrival date: No Penalty
Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: One Night
High Season
Cancellation within 15 days before the arrival date: No Penalty
Cancellation between 8 and 14 days before the arrival date: Two Nights
Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: Full Amount
No Arrival
Full Amount will be debited (Low Season only first night)
Check-in 3.00 PM – Check-out 11.00 AM (unless otherwise agreed upon reception)
All the extra services (transfer, spa, visits, etc..) if not canceled within 24 hour notice will be full debited
